Our curtain wall embedded parts and embedded steel plates are cast into concrete to create strong fixing points for curtain walls, steel-structure foundations and equipment bases. Cut, drilled and welded from Q235B/Q355B plate with HRB400E anchor bars, then hot-dip galvanized to ≥ 65 μm — every piece is produced exactly to your drawings.
2–8 pcs HRB400E deformed bars, Φ8–Φ20, straight or hooked, 150–500 mm long — full fillet welding before galvanizing.
Two carbon steel grades available — Q355B recommended for high-load curtain wall and foundation applications.
Seven standard thicknesses to match your embedment loads and concrete design requirements.
Hot-dip galvanized ≥ 65 μm as standard; anti-rust primer or black bare plate available for cast-in use.
Round holes Φ13.5 / 17.5 / 22 plus slotted adjustment holes, arranged exactly per your drawings.
