Our steel PV middle clamps and side (edge) clamps fix solar module frames onto hot-dip galvanized steel C-channel rails. Stamped and bent from Q235B carbon steel with a ≥45 μm hot-dip galvanized coating, they suit frame heights of 35–50 mm in four standard lengths — and can be matched to your rail series and module size on request.
Middle clamps join two adjacent modules; side (edge) clamps secure the outer row — one fastener system for the whole array.
Hot-dip galvanized Q235B carbon steel as standard; anodized Al-alloy 6063-T5 available for lightweight designs.
Interchangeable for 35, 40, 42, 45 and 50 mm module frame heights — one clamp series covers common panels.
Thicker body versions for high-wind and heavy-snow load regions, galvanized to ≥ 45 μm for long outdoor service.
Supplied with Grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanized bolts and plastic wing nuts for 41-series C-channel rails.
